This Creative Studio Session for April is amazing! I used the colors from the dragonfly image to create a textured and layered background. Art Journal ‘Patchwork Butterfly’
Another art journal is coming this month. The virtual class is on April 16th and the in-person is on April 29th.
Patchwork Butterfly is a joy to make! I made a collaged patchwork background using paper inked with the colors in the image and then stencilled, heat embossed, dry embossed, dry brushed and also used bits of lace and filigree pieces to complement the image. I used gold embossing power on the edges of the butterfly as well. Too fun!
